Not too much, I visited CA in February so I was a little acclimated by the time I moved here. Also love the climate out here and I hope to hike Joshua Tree soon. The desert is the coolest shit

I guess if it's a change from the norm it's probably pretty exciting. I'm going to Pittsburgh in a couple months to visit some family and I really wanted to do some hiking while I was out there. If you have time while you're down in JT you should check out the Salton Sea. It's fucked from what it was in its prime but if you like urbex there's some shit to check out. Also if you like the desert get a dirtbike
