Are these sufficient for decent looking legs as my main and only form of squat? Decent as in to prevent getting chicken legs and not looking out of proportion to my upper body.
Will also be deadlifting. Redpill me on Goblet Squats /fit/. Are they for learning form and nothing more?

Definitely not good. If you have access to a barbell, use it. If not, I guess that's fine.

Having any sort of weighted squat with proper depth, knee alignment, and back straightness is almost impossible to replicate in terms of "goodshit.txt" without living like Abraham Lincoln.
Goblet squats are *something*, but you'd be much better off getting a barbell, and making super dooper sure you have the hip and hamstring mobility before you start packing the weight on.
Additionally, if you're a biological female, learning to push your knees out will take quite a bit of effort.
