Well this was many many years ago on the mecha board I met a guy who had OI who got on cam for me. He was like you and chose not to get the metal rods in his body surgery, so he had that Z shaped arm thing going on. This was a long time ago like 09.

I have pectus exavatum, but I had surgery to correct it for the most part when I was around 12-13. I don't think I have marfan syndrome. I have some pictures from before I got surgery but I'm underage in them obviously haha.
I have two faint scars below my pecs from the surgery and a bump on my left pec. It's kind of weird if you feel the ribs on under my pecs because they're very contorted but it looked a lot worse before the surgery.
I'm 21 now for reference.

Well It all started because I always loved skinny guys, not just thin, but unnaturally lanky, with very prominent ribs. The first guy I dated had marfan syndrome, so I quickly realized I was into a lot more than just ribs. Later on I met someone with a hyperkyphotic spine and it pretty much solidified what I liked. I tried dating people that didn't have any sort of deformity along those lines and I could never do it so I just stuck with what I liked.
