work out, losing weight in your face will make you more attractive in my opinion. that hair colour doesnt compliment you, i think blonde would be a better colour. your eyes also appear very sunken and have dark colour around them, i suggest using a a concealer under and on the upper sides of your nose and contouring your nose to make it appear thinner, especially at the top. try making your eyeliner a bit thinner as well as when it is thicker on your upper lash bed like in this pic, it really emphasises your low crease and exaggerates the chubbiness on your face around your eyes, learning to use makeup to change the appearance of your face structure can be an easy way to make yourself more comfortable with yourself without getting surgery.
You need to fix you hair. Actually make effort into it. Red hair is cute on you, you should keep it. But I would suggest getting hair extensions because longer hair will make your cheeks look less.. Chubby? Also it looks unwashed in this picture.

said about hair, the the general hair shape doesnt compliment, needs more length and volume and body, so wash it regularly and grow it out and/or invest in some extensions. make sure you get good ones though and learn to use em properly so you dont look ratchet. also back to the nose job thing, i dont think you really need one, your nose looks fine to me, i would personally say a brow lift would improve your looks more than a nose job would and you might even find that youd be happier with your nose after a brow lift. dont let your schnoz be the scapegoat of your face
