What's the best way to get healthy, good looking hair?
Over the past few months, my hair has gotten thinner & thinner and gradually more greasy (I take a shower every day, though). The past week, I switched to some Head & Shoulders stuff and my hair wasn't greasy anymore for a handful of days, but today, my hair felt greasy and was very matted down. Any tips/tricks would be greatly appreciated. :)

Not everyone is like this but I've legit had serious distress about my gender since I was about 10-13. Starting with wishing ending with biter begging. Everyone is different. I really don't know if there is a sure fire way to know. Don't be a lustfag tho. Ull get mad at "no hot bod".

From what I've gathered, every trans person has a varying degree of gender dysphoria. To go along with that, some will say that they knew they were born in the wrong body since they were like 3 yrs old or something to that effect. Others may say that they didn't full recognize it until a bit later in life. For me, even though I've always felt like I didn't comfortable in my own skin, the concept of being born in the wrong body didn't fully click until I was about 9 or 10. Ever since then, there really hasn't been a day that I haven't thought about it at least once.
I am currently 25 (almost 26) and I've never seen someone about this. Not because I'm unsure about it all, but because depression/anxiety fucked me up for the past decade and I doubt most about myself (for example, my abilities in performing music, etc). I long for the day I see someone and finally start HRT, but due to years and years of me telling myself that I'm a worthless piece of shit, it seems I won't ever start HRT. This basically just feeds into the cycle of depression and I greatly don't recommend this, obviously. Hopefully, I get the courage to start it all before this year's end.
Anyhow, even though I can't provide you with a great amount of insight and such, if you have feelings that you might be trans, look up someone who specializes in the trans area and set up an appointment. The earlier you do it, the better. Don't become like me where you push it off for years and turn into some kind of depressed loner who regrets not seeing a specialist at a much younger age.

In my opinion, bring up this topic to your therapist at your next session (if you're ready for it, of course). Although, just be a bit timid about her reaction/advice since she may not be well versed with trans issues and not suitable to see about it. I suppose it all depends on how much you trust her and her words, as I don't know the reason why you're seeing her in the first place.
In any case, I wish the absolute best for you on finding out who you truly are as person!

I trust her quite completely and I've been seeing her for a few years now. I actually see her this week but I guess I'm nervous because I don't even really know how I feel about myself right now, plus we've mainly been talking about another issue recently (BPD) so I wouldn't really know how to bring it up.

Being nervous is completely normal. I have no experience with BPD (I, nor does anyone I know, am not Bi-Polar), so I'm not sure how both BPD and being trans really mix. Despite that, since you trust her, it's definitely worth putting yourself out there and tell her everything.
I can't fully recommend what exactly to say or anything like that. Though, if I were in your shoes, I'd start out with saying something like how I've been having trouble with defining who and what I am for the past ___ months/years. After that, I'd imagine the tough part will present itself and you would tell her about everything with being trans (or possibly being trans).

using shampoo strips your hair of its natural oils that it uses to protect itself. By not shampooing your hair every day but instead doing it every other day your hair is better protected.

I don't think you technically need to wash your hair at all every day. Some dermatologists actually recommend not even showering every day at all. Whether you end up going with that I guess depends on whether you get grimy in a single day or something. Obviously if you have BO issues, don't skip showers because people in your surroundings might not appreciate it,
My knowledge about all of this is pretty limited though. I read some stuff about it, but I don't really have any links to provide. Best to just look stuff up and see if you go for it.
