I'm a chubby guy and I do this too when women show interest in me, but I guess it's just a subconscious way too avoid getting close with anyone. From what I understand a lot of chubby/fat girls get approached by a lot of guys that just want to fuck. The guy figures they're easy because they're fat, so they come on strong.
