I've sporadically attended the gym. Lifting in itself isn't hard imho. Even sticking to routine isn't as it's literally doing what you have to do. The people I need to know to get to gym are the people I've distanced myself away quite a lot so I have no access now. I'd love to go to gym through, not so much for gains, more so because it just feels good to do certain exercises.
