They don't work well with a bush, so if you have one, it's best to shave the area it would sit on. And the one I have is kinda crap, but it's pretty straightforward. The puffiness wears off pretty quickly.
I'm new to pumps and didn't want to throw a ton of money at one in case I hated it, but I imagine it would work better with a higher quality item.

Yes and no. A combo of the nJoy Purewand *the curved metal want in the cushioned box) and the Lelo Smart wand (purple wand in the box labeled lelo) is my favorite, right now, but I also love the Lelo Ina. The Tantus Echo Handle is really fun for couples play and the handle is fantastic, but for solo play it's a bit boring. The orange Tantus B-Bomb is fun for anal play, and for clit only the WeVibe tango is the best thing ever.
