How do you cram THC and cbd into your body?
Usually a bong.
But I'm getting to make edibles this weekend, pretty hyped about that.
I've had edibles, but people who don't know how to bake aren't going to be able to make good stuff.
Ya gotta know what you're doing in the kitchen to be able to do it.

Does anyone know, and I can most likely Google and obviously this is for researching and medical purposes, if there is a way to measure THC level in smoke?

I bought drug test kits so maybe something in there, problem is I don't know if it changes the form from when injested or not. But whatever, going to find out sometime soon.

Generally speaking this testing is done on the flowers before you smoke them.
I am a medical smoker in California and all of my flowers are tested and have the percentages of THC Etc listed.
