Do what I'm doing right now-- marketing, marketing, marketing. Make accounts on tumblr, twitter, etc and market yourself. Don't show the full goods everytime, be sure to tease. Once you feel that you've built up a kind of community (be sure that you are getting regulars, a lot of people will follow anyone posting nsfw stuff and then never go online again), go live.
Now, I'm not sure if this is the way to do it since I have yet to 'go live', but it was the most logical way to me.
