My great-great-great-great grandma was native black Indian (I was told her complexion was as black as night)
while my great-great-great-great grandpa was Irish and Italian.

On my pops side he's trace to the old native Caribbean Islanders they were a cool with most of the old simonols*(spelling).
What's cool is my dads complexion is darker than mine

Because that's literally what these type of threads are asking for and a lot of us weren't born in the country of origin of our backgrounds. I'm American. My parents were born here and so was I. but that has nothing to do with being mixed. But two of my grandparents aren't and usually being mixed means like some kind of white/asian/black/latino/native combination.
I feel like a lot of people don't actually understand these threads which is weird because in real life if I say I'm mixed to someone they'll almost a hundred precent of the time understand what I mean.
