None it's linked In dress professionals like you would for an interview at your dream job
Get a different shirt. Don't dress in a baggy sweater for your profile picture. Get a nice button down and dress in that. getting a chest and up picture. Your face should nearly be the center of the picture, not at the top.

Alright, will do. But my career counselor said as long as it looks somewhat professional I should be alright. Plus the majority of profile pics that I see are just as casual

Go for a frontal shot like this. Side shots seem more closed off. Frontal is warm and inviting to a potential employer. Does not look professional though, so do not use if you are going for some sort of suit and tie career. This is an outfit if you was applying to be a kindergarten teacher or something.

It does not look professional. I thought you were in a barber's chair at first, which would've been sub-par, but inoffensive.
Wear a dress shirt with a tie and a suitcoat or don't expect interviews.
