Dutchfag here, you can definitely hook up with a bunch of girls if you go to Dutch parties. Especially in Amsterdam and/or Rotterdam

Why isnt it on your upper lip? did you do that or does it grow like that? if you can just grow a regular beard WITH all the hair that's supposed to be on your upper lip, and your lower lip too, if you shaved those spots under there like that. If it just grows like that, ditch it, or trim it to a stubble/scruff length. Also part your hair to the side not the middle, it's showing off where you're balding. Red buffalo plaid is a good shirt, but either button it all the way or better yet unbutton it with a white t-shirt underneath. wear with with black slim pants. it's a good default outfit. The way it looks now adds to the creepyness

As for the facial hair on the upper lip, it simply does not grow there, which sucks, I know. As for shaving it completely, I think that's a no go. I don't think I look good at all without the facial hair.
Also, didn't know I looked like i was balding. Parting it to the side just reveals my high hairline, which isn't really better, in my opinion.
I guess I could button it up.

It's a good hostel for what you want, yeah. Typical place to stay for young tourists who come to party. Best bet is probably just to try to make some friends at the hostel (offer to go drinking / smoking weed / whatever you prefer) and see what happens with them.
