I can't manage to keep hard during sex, a few seconds in and pouf it goes soft. Not as bad with bjs but still hard to keep it hard.
Now at first I thought it was just stress, but now it's been 3 months with my gf and still the same problem.

I have the opposite problem of you. I herniated a disk in my back 8 years ago and got some nerve damage. Lost feeling on the front of my left leg and also some nerve damage to the penor. The muscle that controls that relaxes to get an erection. Turns out that can be a good and a bad thing. I have to focus to not get a hard on which after about the first year it got really easy to control. That first year was a risk anywhere I went that I could be hard at any moment. 8 years on now and I can get hard practically on command, if I get drunk it can still have way more of a mind of it's own, but I don't get whiskey dick ever since then.
