Here will be a rather long post, hopefully I make it in time before you leave. Well, I have solidified my life goals and have a concrete aim in life, which is chiefly to write. I intend to leave my hometown so I can either move to my cousin to a bigger city here or to my cousin in UK this summer. A little bit of wageslavery so I can advance my goals. I intend to continue my fucked up education all the while working and writing my novel, which is crystallising as well, I just need to start writing it out. I have set quite high goals for myself and I will need to work very seriously to get anywhere close to them. Still, I feel very energetic and view these two months until Midsummers Eve as the last days of rest, but I don't feel bad about me subjecting myself to overwork and great difficulty as I am back on the track of getting my life work out as I intend it. I'm happy in that I am making an Atlas out of myself, which is to say I'm putting muh weight on my shoulders. I've also quit smoking, speed and alcohol; I intend to stay clear of anything of that sorts due to both pragmatical and philosophical reasons.
I do realise that this narrative is rather badly written, but I am trying to give you a gist of what has happened to me in these few last weeks quickly as possible and adding as much detail as possible, ending up with this mixture of rant and what I think.

So then she calms down enough to tell me that when she came back from the grocery store earlier before I got there, that some dude groped her and tried to rape her. Bruh, if there's a way to let primal beastial spic rage take over, it's to hear those words. Before that thought, her she told her dad (she was 17 at the time...) and her dad had already gone and beat the guy up. Seeing as I was her boyfriend, and nobody grabs my girl but me, I couldn't just let it be. The most natural thing I could "think" of and do was go back and teach Mr. Moe Lester how to really use his hands. I fucking ran to that grocery and sure enough dude was there already smacked. But when I am mad, I see red. Like my ex was trying to restrain me and yelling at me until I regained my senses because I would've legit killed the man.
Which is kinda stupid because if he weren't already busted beforehand I'd have probably ended up dead instead kek.

Mine was rather bad.
I woke up late. Decided to go chopping wood. I had this rather large mound, I was doing fine until my damn axehead dismounted from the main shaft and I was struck using a lighter axe meant for chopping little twigs and what not. My intention was to chop up the entire mound, but I didn't, so it left me rather pissed as I like to get things done when I start doing them. Plus I brushed one spot on my thumb too much and there is this small collection of white liquid, I don't know how to they call it in English, and it's annoying as it hurts and I can't burst it. Then I decided to shave, for finally I got some shaving lotion and cheap, one time razors. And what do you know, they are completely shit. I used all five of them to get a shitty shave. I broke them all up and trashed them. My neck hurts because I had to go over it twice due to shit razors. Fucking hell, I'm buying proper razors this time.

Yes. You see, my Valmiera cousin too wants to move in an apartment, move out, and I will try to convince him to move out with me to lower the living costs. There are schools. One in Valmiera. Anyways, I will work like a madman during the summer to earn at least one thousand Euros to give myself a start for apartment, clothing and all sorts of other costs so I'm able to move in an apartment, apply for a job and school mid August. None of my family, at least the immediate one, has eyesight issues. My near sightedness is mostly due to me playing too many video games when I was younger. Strangely enough, my eyesight has degenerated to a certain level and doesn't seem to become worse, as if it had adapted to the fact that I am greatly in need of viewing things mostly close by.
Well, it's not only housing, it's also education, future and all that spiel. Plus I've grown antipathies towards intoxicants.

I will reread The Birth of Tragedy and that essay. I just finished reading a forty page introduction only to realise I have been wasting my time on things that I already know and on a TL;DR that isn't without biases in itself, like all of them, despite what some academics might think of their 'objectivity'. Work in itself is about hundred pages long. With essays, it's just short of one hundred fifty. Young, Schopenhauerian Nietzsche with his still pessimistic worldview as presenter there is quite different from his later, more anti Schopenhauer and life affirming self. I think you're right about everyone being creative somehow, but I don't want to look deep down inside at the moment, lel. Well shit guess me playing games and working with computers really dosn't help my dying eyesight. Honestly just be glad you'll not have to wear magnified glasses when you get around 40 cause I'm heading down that sad dusty trail. Just try and take better care of your

And with Ryan Gosling being in that film I already kind of knew he give that autistic vibe didn't really help the character development or the lack of it. And yeah I try not to bring that /tv/ into movies they just like shitting on anything.
The film felt like it was taking its self a little too serious at times where they'd bump up the music and do some long zoom in or panning angles on the driver just to boost up the tension. And at times like with the cartoon scene, I felt like it came of a little to unsubtle paraphrasing whats good and whats evil. the audience was already aware the driver was not an angel, and if they were mentioning another character being between good an evil they never showed who that was.
Think the one part that sums everything up was probably at the beginning when he shakes hands with that mobster and explains about his dirty hands.
But it was still a great experience glad I saw it, still think the best action scene had to be the motel part and the shot gun in the shower.

I've never really understood the character development as some sort of measurement for film's quality. What does it even mean?
Well, I think it was necessary for lulling people in, thinking it was run of the mill action film, trailer presents it as much, so does the introduction. And suddenly, it tones down and becomes 'boring'. I like it for being such a ruse, as in the film wasn't subjecting itself to satisfy certain moviegoers by following the already overused action movie phenotype, instead doing the opposite in many ways.
I don't think it is about good or evil at all. It is certainly, I think, about the nature of things in themselves. The parable to scorpion and frog is even brought up at one point. Guy even has a jacket with a scorpion on it. Shannon refers to him as a 'good guy' early on. I think the Driver is torn between wether or not he is good or bad by nature, and whether the nature of himself is changeable at all ultimately; that's why he is disturbed during the cartoon scene, because it implies that he can't change. When he goes to the meeting to give back that money, he already knows what will happen ( why bring knife if not ), but he still acts upon it. He follows this course of action instead of some another, because, I think, he ultimately accepts his nature. This is somewhat disorganised writing on my part.
If there is anything good or evil, I think it is only the implication that his acts are beyond good and evil, the love is. He does a lot of questionable things and also good, if we are to moralise, but I don't think he is moralising anything or bothered by it; I think the inherent nature bothers him more as pointed above.

I use to feel the exact same way about sharing my work, when I was younger I would sometimes show my bother some of my work but he didn't seem to care to much about. Idk why tho he drew a little too but mostly anime related shit maybe he was just mad.
But at some point i honestly have no idea when, and just started sharing my shit with my friends and then started posted stuff on the chans. Maybe the draw threads helped me out with that.
That pretty funny/cute story to be honest, I'd just say you need to find a chill person who you feel comfortable sharing your embarrassing encounters and opening up to. Just having someone to talk to can help ten full, hell maybe even a pen-pal might help.

Didn't think it was boring but at times it had a very slow pace. But that's just how the director likes to film his scenes. But for the life of me i can't even remember what the trailer was like. I do agree with them not following the generic action film copy and paste.
But then again the movie kinda threw its self to being a drama more than anything else. The action scene were nice but sparse at times almost making me ask for more or wonder why there was any in there at all.
If it wasn't about good and evil than I guess it was more about whats the difference between the two and can someone who was between the two really have a choice to set himself free from it, and live a happy life with the kid and his mom. Or keep on doing what hes doing
and be stuck with the dirty hands (choices) that he started off with in the beginning. But honestly I try not to read to much into films cause it sometimes dilutes the actually meaning or moral to the story and what the director really wanted the audience to see. And sometimes
it can be something as simple as a single pieces of dialog that explains the entirety of the story.
One thing it did teach me was even if your on the side of right and the just, you'll still be the demon you were from the beginning. But fate can be changed with a price.

I'm not sure about the pacing. For me it seemed just about right for what it was trying to pull off. Now, Stalker has some slow pace, but it's a different film. It's not even the pacing that ever bothers me, it's the film as whole; if it is lacking, I will find it boring even if the pacing is about right and easy to follow.
Well, I think he did want to make a choice only to realise that he had none and was entirely acting out on his instincts, with his affection for Irene and Benicio being a natural result of him, being a 'good guy', and also him getting drawn into that whole affair also a natural result of his actions and inclinations. It's interesting to read between the lines just for the sake of it. I don't take none of this too seriously. Then again, there are those who genuinely think that the 'author is dead'.

Will keep this in mind.
