something like 1% of the population is an actual 10 and say maybe another 2-3% are 9s. This is how a standard distribution works. Rates on /soc/ increase those percentages by 10-20x for females.

I'd say ~0.01% is 10, ~1% is 9, ~4% is 8, ~10% is 7, ~20% is 6, ~30% is 5, ~20% is 4, ~10% is 3, ~4% is 2, ~1% is 1 and ~0.01% is 0.
Now obviously people ranging from 0-4 wont post on the forum so that's why you rarely really ugly people on here. And most people 8+ are fake.
