I can't post a picture, but if I ever had that kind of disposable income I'd get labiaplasty. The fear of it fucking up and never being able to feel anything there again is kinda scary though, but damn being a roastie has been the worst part of my life. Not only is it hella unattractive, it just gets in the goddamn way. Like idk if you've ever pinched a ball or something but sometimes the lips get caught outside my underwear and it's painful as fuck sitting down. Plus if its not positioned just right when I go to pee it just creates a spray effect.
Only other things I'd consider is a tummy tuck, because no matter how much weight I lose I just can't kick this pouch. I know I wouldn't gain it back, since I've been steadily losing weight the past year and a half, it's just stubborn fat that won't go. 60 pounds down and none of it came from my gut.
And I've thought about breast reduction in the past because my back hurts so bad, but big tits is all I really have going for me so I've decided against it.

oh something i can contribute to!
so i suffered from huge depression and self-image issues when i was younger. some really, really, really bad acne during my sophomore year crushed my self-esteem.
also, when i was younger, i broke my nose. after the acne cleared away, i started noticing that it was big and had a bump. that was my new obsession that caused me to hate myself.
for another two years, i was self-conscious about my nose. it got to the point where i saved up enough money from my job to get a rhinoplasty (nothing too drastic, just clear up the bump and crookedness). no one noticed. no one said a thing. it looked a bit better, but nothing crazy.
i then started obsessing about other things. my chin wasn't strong enough. i don't know how to style my hair. my eyebrows were too thick...
it took me a while, but i came to realize that the problem was actually my own insecurities. that's how i fixed it. i bettered myself as a human being. got a new haircut. got nicer clothes. i'm handsome as fuck to me now.
so, go ahead and fix your chin if you think it will make you happy, but the problem might not actually be your chin.

ugh. I've been trying to get to 115 at the most, but been stuck around 125 for a while.
