Wearing a hat frequently actually speeds up your balding. I have thick as fuck hair but under the right light you can see my scalp. Just don't stress about it, that's only making it worse. Work safflower oil into your hair down to the roots and let it sit for about an hour, stop using shampoo and I'd suggest going to Burts Bees conditioner or something similar(organic). Drink damn near a gallon of water daily, don't use scalding water in the shower, use a brush instead of a comb, basically not irritating your scalp as much as possible. Eat more nuts and oils, get vitamin E, D, K, and C up, they'll help repair your follicles and better general skin health. Uhhhh, stop jacking off, it fucks up your hormones and will lead to wonky testosterone levels which will only speed up your balding. That's everything.
