Use the Mia once or twice a day with your favorite cleanser when washing your face. One or twice a week, use Modern Friction, perhaps with the Mia. Also, drink lots of water (I like to put a slice of lemon in mine) and considering doing a clay mask once an awhile.
As for the eyebrows, consider trimming and seeing someone for threading. Regardless though, you are gorgeous, don't ever change.

I think you already have pretty features, you just gotta take more care of the details.
1) Take care of your skin. All those spots would go away if you cleansed, toned, moisturized, exfoliated, and occasionally do a mask.
2) Get your eyebrows threaded. Since you seem kind of like a newbie to stuff like this, go to a professional rather than plucking. It's like $12, the hairs don't grow back for 2 weeks, and it's not as painful as waxing most of the time.
3) You won't be fake if you wear make up lol. Not every girl who wears it is trying to hide their features/do the whole contour and high lighting shit. Foundation + concealer + mascara + blush can go a looong way. Your eyebrows are thick-ish so you wouldn't even have to bother with that.
4) Your hair is fine imo but you could always try and do something different, like side bangs or something. You could straighten your hair or put it in braids over night to make it mermaid wavy. Also, use one of those serums for your hair type so it looks nice n silky.
It seems like a lot but honestly it's not too bad. You don't need that much work cos you're already decent looking.
