Alcohol withdrawal syndrome
i just wanna stop drinking. this shit is destroying my life.
but i have fear of the Alcohol withdrawal syndrome.
its 12 hours since i drank my last bourbon, and i already feel like dying.
anxiety is growing in my chest and i feel like i can't take enough oxygen.
help me with some tips please

Depends on how long and how much you have been an alcoholic. If its been more than a few years then I'd say go to a hospital. They are way better staying on top of detox symptoms than detox centers are. If its only been a couple lay on your bed and don't move for a few days. Will have body aches, hallucinations, violent urges, and possibly seizures. Its gonna suck ass but detoxing tends to peak about 3 days after your last drink.
