A solid 7 body I would say is skinny with nice waist. Like- thin workout skinny. Most guys work out and can get 7 if they are confident. Same applies to women- possibly to the point of 6 as well. 5 and 4 are the cutoff for allowing visibly overweight by any capacity.
Anything more would be emphasizing breast size and ass, or just some body feature admired by men. But it's all highly dependant on the face as well.

I just NOTICE these things. I'm very into drawing so I pay attention a fuckload to this stuff in real life. Or if someone looks attractive, I try spotting out what it is. If someone looks boring/ unattractive, I do the same thing- not to shit on them, but to figure out these patterns.
From what I've gathered, there's a few "genetic" foundational attractive features that most people on this thread have lucked out on. Or even if someone's face is pudgey or something, there's something to work with. Maybe great eyebrows, good nose, great smile, good eyes. You play your personality around it/ work to strengths.
I can specify the actual patterns I look at, but it's mostly based on first impression. The funny thing is- with noticing impression and then patterns- I get to see where people can improve, or where traditionally attractive looking people don't actually look attractive.
So it helps viewing people in a positive light, or making yourself turned off by someone if you choose to focus away from the prominent good features.
