I was seeing this girl once who was self conscious about her arm hair n shit (it was dark due to her being a jewess). I'm not being overly critical though. My body from the shoulders down looks like it belongs to an 80 year old. I'd need tens of thousands of dollars just to look and feel like a normal human after all the weight I've lost. The one time I showed my body to people, I was made fun of that I'll never be happy and another person will enjoy seeing me kill myself when no man wants to be with me.

Either way, you are being ridiculously critical of your body. I honestly find what you said is quite heart breaking. You should be loving yourself for losing the weight that you lost! Everyone's body has flaws and everyone feels like they are worse than they actually are, which is what I feel your case is to an extreme. I think you should maybe talk to somebody about your troubled mind, no one should ever beat themselves up about their appearance like you did in your paragraph.
Here, a picture of my chest. Posting it to maybe encourage by seeing me put my insecurity out there. I have pectus excavatum and I'm pretty self conscious about it. I used to feel similar to the way you feel about yourself I think. I still have a hard time taking my shirt off when I go swimming with friends and shit (I rarely do). I'm learning to deal with it. Who knows, maybe I'll have it fixed when I can afford the fucking 34 billion gillion dollars it takes to have it fixed, but I realize I'm just going to except it. People never even comment on it and most didn't even realize I had a weird chest until I told them about it. I can pretty much guarantee you that you're the only person who hates your body. You just need to learn to realize that every little small thing wrong with your body is not a big deal and you're the only one hurting yourself about it.

Nah, you'd be surprised at how well getting in shape improves facial aesthetics and also personality/liveliness. It'd improve him from the inside out (hopefully.)
Ugliness, at it's core, is rooted in: personality flaws, poor hygiene, and perception.
He can improve his personality flaws but that should go hand in hand to improving his hygiene as well. Showering daily, lifting, maintaining body hair, etc. really goes a long way in improving someone's cuteness.
Think of the most attractive person you know. Now imagine how they would look without a smile, without taking good care of their skin, no moisturizer/lotion leading to dry, flakey skin, not showering leading to greasiness, zero products (makeup, nail care, eyebrow care, etc.) on their body, poor clothing choices, and a shitty attitude. Wouldn't be so attractive now, would they?
All humans can be at least 5+ if they put substantial amounts of effort into their appearance. Pretty people don't become pretty by sitting around and doing nothing. They put in effort, same with those chad-tier gymrats.

Nope, I'm not Rooney. I often end up being mistaken for other people though and the name Rooney sounds so familiar. I know I should love myself and be happy about the weight loss, but it's difficult when your whole body would be considered a flaw, you are constantly reminded of it and there are so many embarrassing things that go along with the loose skin. I can't help but think you're picturing some girl who lost about 80 lbs or less and is being a wiener about a few small areas, but I've lost a lot more than that while being very short and still need to lose a bit more.
