I'm envious. For whatever reason my weight loss hasn't been as obvious looking at it :( Guess I'm just not losing it where I want to. I started higher than you at 180.
Though ever since I hit that 150 mark there hasn't been much physical change. Looks the same to me at my current 127 as I did when I was 150 :/

What do you do to try losing weight?
Do you count calories at all? It became incredibly easy once I went to a calorie calculator to figure out how much I should eat in a day to lose weight. http://www.calculator.net/calorie-calculator.html I upped my intake of protein and lowered my intake of carbs and the weight just flew off like nothing.
Only thing is you need to keep in mind everything you put in your food such as any oil you use in cooking.
I also suggest purchasing a cheap digital scale to properly weigh some foods. It sounds like a lot of work, but you get used to it, start memorizing calories in food and if you sit down at night and quickly plan out what you'd like to eat tomorrow, it isn't a bother.

It took from June 2015 to February of 2016 to go from 156 to 145, I hit a nasty plateau. I have little self control and this whole process is very difficult. Keep chipping away! I've always been told that I'd be the last person to physically notice my weight loss and I'm pretty sure that's 100% true.
