Get a new haircut, some contact lenses and a gym membership
Glasses are those really bad ones. Get the thicker frames so you dont look for fragile. You look better with bear. You can trim you hair shorter so it can go up and out of your four head that way your not a 8 year who doesnt know how to groom himself anymore.....sorry if it seems harshe. But those are the three things to make you look alpha among men. Groom (by shaving, and brushing hair like an adult....big shock) and change glasses. Thats it. You win.

Emm....think its just lighting. Then again he is a 4chaner. Lots of soda and pizza. Basement dwelling and minimal bathing so i wouldnt doupht....have....sweating and regular showing. Getting the hair off the face....all that helps with getting oils off. Maybe on to something

The most important thing you can do is grow your hair out, try to keep it less oily and get a style going.
Your facial features remind me of Felix Kjellberg, but you don't show your teeth when you smile and that would probably benefit your look, so long as they're reasonably straight.
Get a pair of glasses that better suits your face, and wear some nicer clothes. Neutral color tees, polos, a button-down or two.
Average looks can be made up for by presentation, and if you're looking to get some good avatars for social media or whatever, get your photos done semi-professionally.
If you look comfortable and confident in clothes that accentuate those qualities, you'll jump up a point at least.
