Well yeah, most islands are poor.
Here's a brief list:
- Healthcare sucks
- Access to healthcare sucks
- The roads are awful
- Soca is shit
- Food is expensive
- Gas is expensive
- There is an extremely limited number of places to go, people to see and things to do.
The saving grace for me is that I get paid well to be here and booze is dirt cheap.

well the theater industry it a little difficult to find a job for technical theater right now unless you're really good at what you do, so I'm not even sure where I'd like to go. I'm focusing a lot on just working hard to get my skills really sharp and fine tuned. I can flip between sounding and lighting easily but when I get a job I'll have to specialize in one.
