That's the best diagnosis I can get.. Been trying for 6 years to get help and no doctor can find anything. Been trying herbal stuff and none of that is working, either. Went as far as to even get a sleep study done and nothing came out of it.

Do you know what caused it or have a few ideas? Epstein barr virus and too much physical exertion seems to be the most common.
I don't know how severe it is for you, but getting as close to a perfect diet as you can seems to have helped the person I'm trying to rehabilitate. I know cooking can be a grueling and draining task though.

I remember it was my junior year of high school, like early.November 2009, it just happened one day out of nowhere and has never left. I was only sick a few months later, February, felt like I was going to die for a few days and the doctor said it seemed like that swine flu thing that was going around. I'm considering trying some kind of better diet, bt I have little.money to spend and work a physically exhausting job as well.

I'm impressed that you're able to hold down a job at all. Most people I know with chronic fatigue go for the neetbux option.
The biggest issue is normally the rubberbanding where someone will be frustrated with not doing enough, do too much, burn out and have to recover leading to a vicious cycle of frustration. Convincing people to not do too much and build up slowly is difficult, but tends to help a lot.
Emotional stress seems to be a bigger factor than physical stress in terms of recovery time as well.
