That club is full of "intellectual" hipsters who can't enjoy a movie without a "deep" message.
What's the shame in having a comedy month or a wuxia month? But nah, let's have "deep" movies all year long. Every year.
And I don't mean that the movies I named aren't deep and smart, but movies aren't just about discussing the third layer of the plot and what philosophical messages the director wanted to convey.
