Idk if you're in the US man but you can get Fin cheap at most retailers it's sort of their "Cheap Generics" lists. I get 4 months worth of Fin for $4 (30 5 mg tabs I cut into 4ths). I've been on it for a month, honesty no sides. Have shedding has stopped and I've seen some stubble like hairs growing. Beard might me making your face look less defined and rounded.
Consider maybe stubble to light stubble or removing. That's the only thing that has jumped out at me on what might be causing you to look less then you could.
Hair could do with a different style but I am not sure what with. While my head is small and round yours is tall and wide. Another one of the extremes which is good and bad.
Good because a longer taller face is seen as attractive but bad as in I think your hairstyles are limited.
