Your "ASL"s can be an elf princess and the rugged but gentle half-orc knight that saves her, or the dragon that keeps her. Or maybe you're sci-fi greasemonkey, or the pilot of the starfighter she's repairing. Anything is valid.

Before anything else, come up with the character you want to fuck as. Try not to make a boring character, make someone you think people would want to interact with, it doesn't have to just be sexually! Once you've come up with your character, register an account on https://www.f-list.net and create a profile for them. If you're having trouble with concept, feel free to talk here with us in the thread or join our channel with a blank profile. We're happy to help you figure things out!

After you've created your character and think you're ready to actually ERP, open F-chat 1.0 or 2.0 from the chat tab on the top left of the Homepage. Look through the Public Channels and find the ones which interest you or apply to your character. If someone's ad interests you, look at their profile and private message them if they still interest you, or wait for someone to do the same to you. You can also post your character here, there's a chance one of us will be interested.

How do I get excited about erp again? I feel like I've completely burned out plus in a way traumatised without really knowing/wanting it.
First off I feel like most stuff is repetitive in a way, I don't know if erp outside of wow would help but I feel like I can just write a template and use that at times.

Yes and yes. I've been thinking about more "accessible" profiles, without going all the way to "totally generic pansexual pink slutmobile with futa option". Even if I'm trying to appeal to others, it's still gotta appeal to *me*, so I'm looking at other things that are comfortably within my wheelhouse and that I'd enjoy writing. In this case, also something that's been on my mind lately for various reasons.
Honestly this is probably where I should've gone in the very beginning. Lili-the-character was just an idle whim that I fixated on because it was a novelty I'd never had the chance to exercise before. I didn't even want to go past ten, really. I kinda feel like those profiles with fifty images are a bit of an overload. At least from my own perspective as a reader of someone else's profile, I really only need a handful of images to have a clear picture of their appearance or general look, and then a few supplementary images to convey intent if the other ones didn't already. If someone has fifty images, I probably won't even bother going past twenty. Same reason I think people shouldn't bother with pages-long profiles.

Besides, it's not like it'd come up in ERP. For all the profile says about it, she may very well have two dads, if that's somehow useful or relevant to the scene. I debated having a collapse at the bottom for "no really, tell me more", expanded character info stuff, but... nah. There's nothing I could really do that wouldn't just be me adding words for the sake of having more words. Right now, it's short, sweet, and has exactly what the reader needs.

Like I've said several times before, you need to combine a lot of it, get rid of things like "the Rules" and tell us more about your character that isn't vague. Most of the profile is dedicated to your kinks, and they're interesting, but redundant with your customs. You've also just thrown in Inlines for no reason to make it seem longer. Your profile has a lot of rambling, but not a lot of information.
You want to do long term, but your character barely exists, and is nebulously defined with caveats of "I can change this for you".

You really need to merge the backstory, physical details, sexuality, and personality sections. And take out the fantasy section. It's a massive moodkiller to see "I'm uninspired". You're not required to have that section. You don't need to put it there in the first place.
I'm going to be honest with you at this point: One of the reasons I'd not want to play with you is because your profile seems to treat more words as better, so it says a whole lot of nothing. You need to make it CONCISE.
Being unsure of what you want is fine for short term, but you want long term and detailed. Your profile makes me worried you wouldn't be able to put out detail without rambling instead.
I'm not trying to dissuade you, but being too attached to what you've got that it keeps you from scrapping it and doing it over is a bad thing.
My suggestions [and anyone can jump in here]:
Cut the profile and start writing it over. Same character, but new start.
Decide what you want her to be and stick with it. You come off as wishy washy when you add "I can change this" after anything or "(whatever) year old". Add a note about how you're willing to change it up, or offer up entirely different options. Or don't; no one is requiring you to have a ready made fantasy character.
Have her backstory/personality/sexuality/physicality all in one place. It doesn't matter how long it is, just have it in the same place. Or at least break it up less than it is, because it feels robotic.
Don't use so many collapses. Even as long as your profile is, it makes it longer. Plus, let's be honest, most dominants aren't going to want to bother with what you've got.
Honestly? Find better pictures. Either find a model and use only her, or use art. We'll even help if we can. Feel free to keep the "Eye candy" section, but don't use such disparate images in the pictures tab.
Focus on necessary information, not chaff. Cut the chaff, keep the wheat.

On one hand, I appreciate the artistry and efficiency of concise profiles. On the other hand, I have to admit that I have a real soft spot for profiles that are actually attempting to do something stylistically - framing the entire thing through in-character methods, for example. My current WIP profile (ah, there are so many...) is working with a three-collapse system that frame and bisect an inline image, with each collapse highlighting a different aspect of the character through a different kind of vignette.

Overly specific /tg/-themed scene setup of the day:
Female dragon in pursuit of stolen treasure gets convinced by a human that she'll be able to follow the trail better if she poses as something less scary. She gets fitted with a magic item that turns her into a dragon anthro, and they end up traveling together with her acting like a 'half-dragon'.
Sooner or later she's convinced that she's still too over the top and scaring off potential leads, so with the aid of 'bag of holding' type magic items her horns and spines and wings are hidden (looking like decorate seals attached/painted to her scales), and another magic item changes her scale colors/patterns, and she ends up in a 'lizardfolk' role.
Eventually even that is 'obviously' too attention-grabbing, so she's fitted with a size reduction magic item, plus stuff like magic contact lenses, more scale changes, strength reduction items, and so on, and ends up as a 'kobold' serving as the harmless-seeming pet/slave of her companion.
All the while she gets pushed into more and more lewd or embarrassing things to 'help' in the search, fitted with more naughty magic items, pushed into prostitution or into breeding with magical beasts because the extra funds will supposedly help in the search for her lost treasure, etc etc.
