Right! Yeah I remember you asked dude, but got kind of busy again and forgot to answer. My answer might be a bit half assed as I'm tired from work, but here's some advice anyway. I would assume your metabolism to be pretty fast for you to be that weight. It all comes down to eating above your caloric maintanence, witch might be pretty hard for you, but still doable with the right planning an preperation. Eat often, eat large portions, eat food that's high in callories. I'd shoot for at least 6 meals a day, 3 of witch should be large meals. Don't be afraid of carbs (whole grain pasta with chicken works wonders for guys with a fast motabolism). Also check out this bulking smoothy: 500 grams of greek youghurt, whole avocado, couple scoops of peanut butter, spinach, whole banana, 2 scoops of whey protein (vanilla is awesome in this one), oats, water then blend. Put it all in the fridge and drink glasses of that stuff all day.
