My drivers licence says brown but my gf says they aren't ... what color are my eyes

Yes but mostly just accepted that my hair is pretty brown so my eyes are, but if I saw that color in my op on a canvas without the rest of my eye there's no way I would call the canvas brown but I wouldn't have a second color in mind .
The only thing that comes to mind is sewage or really polluted water : like the water on Aquas in StarFox64

They'll probably look brown when not in direct bright light. Mine look pretty boring if there's not much light
Depending on the light, mine go from dark brown to hazel-green
