Girl, I have hair exactly like this. There is no reason to be ashamed of it. I try to straighten it as often as I can but its not realistic with volume like ours, right? Get it cut and thinned out every 2 months, but when you feel like rocking your real hair, do it. It's natural (except for the colour) and beautiful and full and there are girls who are jealous. I don't understand those girls, but they tell me they are. Or they're just being nice.

its strange. when i was 13 i got bullied for my hair so bad. everyone calling me names saying im disgusting i dont wash. my parents moved me schools and i straightented my hair all the time. but the thing is, straightening your hair is so addictive. you get used to the better treatment you get from people when you have straight hair. so you have to straighten it all the time. it takes longer and longer the more your hair grows, then youre spending 90 minutes a week or more, and then your hair is so ruined, that when you decide to go natural, itll look awful. so now i cant do it anymore.
