I can quite understand that. Music has a calming effect on me as well. I like to listen to instrumentals with acoustic and Spanish guitars. Sometimes I listen to classical music and opera. My tastes in music run sanguine and archaic, although I enjoy anything modern that has meaningful lyrics.
