Yes, it is a fetish. I don't know quite how it formed, as I had no trigger for it in my adolescent years. Although I believe it's related to other fetishes I have. Like humiliation and domination. I usually imagine being the subject of the photo's slave, admiring and worshiping their socks and feet.
