This is how I looked when I was 18, I think you are fine. Thick eyebrows and other masculine features, if you start working out now and get high test you can still transform to be manly.
This is how I look 10 years later. I am not very tall (174cm) but turned out alright. And I didn't do any workout when I was young, so it could be much better. I think it can really influence how manly you can get.
