There is constantly that voice screaming and judging every move I make.
Every word I say.
Every action I take.
Every interaction I have.
That voice is there screaming and yelling about how I fucked it up. How I am never going to improve and will always be alone and pathetic.
That voices never stops talking until cutting. When cutting happens he finally shuts the fuck up. Even if its just for a few minutes, its worth it.

most people (if not everyone) engage in self harm. alcohol, smoking, and binging are a few examples. blood letting is an old medicine. and I'd argue it isn't nearly as harmful to your body as smoking and drinking, especially in the long term.
