It's EGG NOG SEASON!!!!!!!
What's up, everyone?
Now drinking: Founders' Project Pam (Black IPA aged in maple syrup bourbon barrels)
Pretty much what you'd expect. Waste of a barrel, if you ask me.
Damn, where the hell is everyone at???
Now Drinking: Oskar Blues' Death By Coconut
Every. Single. Time.
Now Drinking: Three Floyds' Gumballhead

Fucking champagne, man.

It's my favorite shitty beer. I hate that they started putting it in plastic, but I guess, you know, recycling or whatever. Fuck.
You can also use it to make manmosas if you suck and hate beer. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M6rOkeoktc8

If I had to choose a shitty beer, High Life would be one of the first choices I'd make. I can get it for like $7-8 for a 12pk at my store. Such a deal.
lol, wut. I've never heard of a manmosa.
>>22911470
I get them 2 32oz bottle for $3. Pretty good pricing.
>>22911622
Damn, that is a good price indeed.
Besides such beer, what other good stuff do you drink?
>>22911659
I'm a beer guy primarily, but rum, whiskey, and good corn liquor all make up a part of my alcohol diet. Usually only buy whiskey to share, because it's a fairly agreeable choice. Drink a lot of wine in certain crowds... If I was buying hard liquor for myself, I'd just buy a dark rum and drink it on the rocks.
I'm drinking jose tradicional and laying in bed wishing for a meteor to hit

>shitty beer
switzerland is really good for that.
Beer that's not OVERLY shitty, as in, pretty drinkable, at 12USD/24 0.5l cans
>drink like 3 bottles of cheap wine in 2 days
>people call me an alcoholic
i seriously dont see it
>>22911672
Word. What good beers have you had lately then?
>>22911681
I feel ya...
>>22911689
What.
>>22911691
Hm...not a bad deal at all. However, if I lived in Europe, I'd just go to Belgium for some of the good shit. ;)

I have a friend who picks up Pliny the Elder on a bi-weekly basis or so, so probably that. Not a new beer to me by any means, though. I don't know, when I lived in Oregon I made a point to sample every brewery I could find, so I've had plenty of really top-shelf beer. Still, though, I'm broke as shit right now, so the last good beer I had was Lagunitas on tap. And I hang out with too many people who just drink pabst, and at the moment, I'm mainly sticking with the champagne of beers for my sanity.

I've known some serious alcoholics in my time, and personally, given the choice, I'd rather have a few drinks every day than not, but unless you stop treating alcohol as something you can enjoy as part of your life and start treating it like an end in itself, you're not an alcoholic.
Basically, don't worry about it.
>>22911708
but why
>>22911722
Ah, I getcha. Pliny is pretty decent stuff. Though, IMO, their sours are where it's at (Supplication, Consecration, etc.). You try much from De Garde or Fremont when you were in Oregon?
>>22911751
Disappointment. Failure.
Now Drinking: Founders' Breakfast Stout
>>22911708
I realized I don't really care that much about good beer after I've had 1-2.
I've tried loads of imported craft beer, wasn't able to tell the difference between it and some random pissbrew after about 1 litre.
So I usually just drink a craftbeer/good beer to start off and switch to some pissbrew later.
Anyone drinking tonight?
Now Drinking: New Day's Imperial Breakfast Magpie (Black Raspberry mead with espresso and aged for 14 months in Angel's Envy barrels)
Sooooooooo damn delicious! One of the best things to come out of Indiana.
