I'm probably not going to lift. I'm actually recently banned from the gym but I happen to have my keycard still and typically it's empty this late. I'm probably gonna take a shit watch some tv and head back. I spent two years lift four times a week and honestly hate it still and basically no progress even trying to follow a program and micromanage my diet which is boring as shit. I don't really lift anymore. In fact the reason I'm banned is for repeatedly getting angry I wasn't making progress and tossing weights at people and damaging lockers by beating on them. I don't really belong in a gym
