had the same issues... I still have before exams... what helped me was doing exhausting sports before going to sleep.... just some workout even if I dont do sports at all, you get your head free and when you go to bed you will also be tired. especially after a good shower

Depends on how I dress. Mostly I dress really baggy so people tend to think I am a lot bigger than I actual am. But if I dress in fitting clothes I do get quite a lot of looks and stuff depending on where I am at.
