Well I do try to be funny when I post so maybe I am not that bad after all. I hide every single thread that disinterests me (naked pic threads/kik/snapchat/meet ups/etc) and only dabble in the occasional rate threads. Mostly the ones I participate in are ones like "assumption thread" "music thread" and stuff along those lines, like the birthday thread for example.
Thank you for the advice though, I have actually found myself going to reply/say something and realizing that I didn't really have anything of value to say and just kind of skipping the thread.
Hope you come back and give /soc/ another chance, people are super nice and friendly here and sure they might over-validate but it's better to be extra nice than extra rude.
