I agree with most of the people here, anon. I will say that in slept with a high end escort this Spring and haven't had too many problems with guilt, shame, etc. Because she was an escort, it was really easy to objectify her as a hole in which to get off. I think where you can go wrong is to fuck a girl you know from school or work. There's the possibility of feelings getting involved. I think the emotional infidelity is worse than the physical.
Though, if I had it to do over again, I wouldn't.

I met some girl and hit it off with her. It was pretty great sex, we got along well, she was hot. She was always a little weird though about meeting up and responding to text, but I didn't think anything of it because it was a fling and I was leaving for abroad for a year. We go our seperate ways, talking only a small amount while I'm away.
When I come back she's back at me, but this time I'm more suspecious. She's weirder about when we can hang and I only come over when her male roommate is away. I eventually cut contact because of getting back to an ex. But a few months later I stubble upon her reddit (Inb4 back to reddit). Looking at her profile I come to the conclusion there's mention of a boyfriend right after I left and even after I returned. And sure enough, the boyfriend is in the same thread is the male roommate.
Maybe he knew, maybe he was into that thing. I don't know, but I feel like shit for it. I don't say anything because there's no denying this girl has the potential for full crazy, and I can't take it these days.
That's my experience with cheating. Even if I wasn't the one being hurt, it sucks.
