I don't think he does. Skellington is pretty dehydrated. Also it may just be stereotype but guys that work with heavy stuff all day tend to look like big guy whereas guys that work out twice a week for an hour tend to look like skellington.

That all depends on routine. Cardio slims you down as does more reps with lower weight.
