You're average. Not ugly by any means.
You're unlucky since you have thin lips and a larger nose that brings it into attention. I have a smaller, similarly shaped nose, but my thick ever the proportions out. The only option for you is to get fillers, but since you are a male, you wouldn't go for it.
I usually advise men with thin lips to grow a beard,(although I hate facial hair) to hide the thin lips somewhat, but you have a very nice jawline, so it wouldn't help your case. You have lovely eyes, lovely brows and nice hair. Just get some contacts so you're not covering up your eyes so that they can draw away from your bottom half of your face.

This picture is all angles. I'd say your biggest issue is thin horribly drawn brows, a synthetic look that not even the Nipponese like and terrible makeup.
My advice would to be grow up, embrace your natural beauty and stop dressing like an autistic weebo. Also grow out your brows.

There really isn't anything you can do aside from accept your lips & nose, or get surgery. But other than those, you have generic features that are considered very attractive. Like I said, you have nice thick healthy looking hair. Nice brows that shape your face very nicely. You have nicely shaped eyes with dark lashes, and you have nice olive skin. Just roll with it and hold yourself with more confidence. You're at least average in my eyes, and I'm very harsh.

you have a rounded square head, so the next time you get glasses, get ones with taller frames so that they fir your facial structure. no complaints at all. you've got a decent jaw, your skin isn't bad, you're not bad so you shouldn't feel it. maybe strim the back and sides of your hair. a high and tight hair cut would look great on you. maybe slightly longer than usual for the top though.

good face, proportionate, and the hair style works if you can keep it slightly more tamed. Get a shape up, and start going for runs/doing push ups at home. you'll keep just about the same physique but eventually you can show off your jaw some and be slightly more toned. again, no complaints. You could also invest in an exfoliation brush to take care of your chin and any other areas.

Last piece of advice for everyone? Work. On. Your. Confidence. It's all just a mindset. As the great Adolf Hitler once said, "If you tell a big enough lie and tell it frequently enough, it will be believed." You all being ugly? is a lie, and you've put yourselves down for so long and need to stop. You started to believe it. We live in a society where people will put you down more than bring you up. Well stop lying to yourselves and start telling yourself you look good. Find ONE just one feature you like about yourself and focus on that. build around it. You like your ass? get firm fitting bottoms. You like your jaw? Run some, lose a bit of weight and show it off. Like your eyes? Do your eyebrows so that the area around looks neater (guys, you should do this normally. basic grooming). Like your smile? Brush as often as recommended and use chapstick to keep your lips looking great. build around what you like. You'll soon find your own style and your own confidence.
