Hola, sci. I'm finishing up undergrad within the next year, and I want to know what, in your opinion, are some courses I shouldn't leave without taking. My interests include Physics, CS and Math. I want to more know about amazing courses that would also lead to employable skills in industry. So what's the word?
take complex variables, a quantum mechanics class, an upper level statistics class
Linear systems, Digital Signal Processing and Random Signal Variables to leave your plebeian understanding of your surroundings. If you have to choose one go DSP.
Machine learning is also pretty cool if your universty offers an acceptable one, none of that coursera bullshit, it can have more than enough rigor.

I need some pharmacology advice med students. I'm abusing a certain drug. If I take one dose of 200 mg, then according to the half life(I'm a mathematician, I'm using a mathematical model which I assume has to be somewhat inaccurate but in general accurate) after some hours I have 100 mg in my system, if I redose with 100 mg will I feel the same effects like the first time I took it a couple hours ago? Or will the new 100mg not act additively with the old 100mg in my system? I assume the onset will be faster as the last time 200mg were gradually absorbed while...

How much pee should the average man pee out on an average day ( drinking 2 litres of liquid, not sweating or making too much effort)? If you pee more than 1.5 l, does it mean you're drinking too much water?
Drinking a lot of water isn't harmful unless you drink like 5 liters in one go.

Have a bottle at your disposal at all times.
I remember when I was younger, I didn't have water next to me so most of the time I would just wait it out when I felt a little thirsty.
Now I have water next to me at all times and I surprised myself at how much I was drinking.
You can't pee "too much" (unless you have diabetes lol), on the contrary, you get rid of the ammonia and other undesirable stuff.
You can't drink too much if you don't force yourself and don't drink 2L in one...

The thing is I don't want to go the bathroom unless necessary, so I want drink as little as possible. I measured my pee output recently, and sometimes I was peeing 900ml in one sitting, so it got me thinking, am I drinking more than I need? If my body doesn't retain it, it must mean I don't need it.

I'm not sure what makes this 'applied.' It covers the basics of a phyics undergrad, if not a little light on electives/special topics. If you want to sell the title 'applied,' you should consider some internships during your summers, or maybe doing research in an engineering/experimental lab that focuses more on design or instrumentation than fundamental science.

If the universe is somehow a simulation then how am I conscious and self aware? This concept of being simulated is a long known idea to me yet still confusing, sort of disturbing also.

Unfalsifiable. Consciousness and self-awareness can be possible either way. It's only disturbing because humans have a tendency to worry about irrational shit - the same reason you may have at some point in your life felt uncomfortable at the scale of the universe or something along those lines. It clearly isn't making any impact in our lives. I suppose you could claim it debunks afterlife, but afterlife could be simulated, so that's not really true.
