There is basically no similarity between the two majors. Chemical Engineers use chemistry, but you don't learn about molecules in any upper-level courses, you learn how to take some reaction or some process that a chemist has given you already, look at it, make it bigger/smaller/faster/better? It might as well be called "tube engineering". Or it's like calling Electrical Engineering "pure mathematics engineering". You get paid a lot though, and it's still pretty cool.

It's one of the only, maybe the only, engineering/science combination that actually get along with one another without trying to act superior over the other. We work in the same places, we are involved in essentially the same projects, hell it's even essential for us to communicate with each other in the industry. We specialize in different topics, but from what I hear chemEs in pharmaceuticals are expected to know a lot of ochem and industrial chemists have some knowledge of mass transport.

The extent is so ludicrously small that it is irrelevant, especially for second/firsthand smoking. It has scientists who obviously hate it making he rules, but those who like smoking have actually proven that it isn't bad for you and is only bad for a very small number of genetically weak people.

Never heard of the term but laughing at others unfortunate events is a coping mechanism. As the other anon pointed out, it gives you perspective on your own health. Additionally it negates your urges to worry or think about how bad it would be to have cancer and be told you have 1 year to live. You can just laugh, be labelled as cruel and move on with your day instead of being labelled as death row.

Don't do that. The easy classes will give your GPA a boost while you're adjusting to college and you can never have too much algebra and trig practise before taking calculus.
It's always the algebra and trig that fucks you in the ass not the calculus stuff (because that's actually exciting and interesting so it's easier to learn).

Everythiiiing... You have to like math to actually get good at it, just like any sport. Ofcourse you can call yourself not a math person because you sometimes can't understand it. Sometimes you understand just the basics. There are somethings the dude says that is true but overall it's all wrong

It's kind of over simplified. There are a lot of things that effect what makes someone "good" at math. I do think his core point, that anyone can get good at math, is largely correct (barring actual problems with the brain, like being too senile or having particular mental disabilities). I think it does a bad job of actually explaining why some people are bad at math, and others are good. There are a lot of reason that are more complex than just laziness. There are two which matter a lot which come to mind right now:
