Go work at a bbq restraint for a few years a learn the secrets then open your own but don't pay your taxes on the income so you can go to jail. That's the smart thing to do. writing anything. it's not really specialized so that can be both good and bad. PR, marketing, journalism, sales. teaching usually requires more qualifications.
