Does it turn into jello in the fridge? (lol obv. not) My problem with commercial stocks and broths is they can't get it right in terms of stickiness and the savory factor, but a gelatin packet can make boxed or canned broth good if it's not a soup base. I've never tried it out of a jar.

Buffalo is in New York technically. And yeah... there is almost no meat just the skin (which is fat), fried in fat, and then glazed in a buttery chili sauce and then dipped in more fatty dressing. ;p
