Do you need perfectly flat pans? I'd be afraid of scratching the glass with cast iron say shaking the pan to omelette... Does it stay hot after the heat is off like electric does? My mom has a glass cooktop which I've used and honestly I did not like it. I have a gas stove which remains my preference tbh fam.
