Well, it's a guy that starts seeing the world in a odd way, like if everything was an hologram and he turn it off.
There was a scene where he look at a TV, but it was just a cardboard with the worlds "TV" there.
Also almost for the end he saw a fat guard eating a sandwhich, which looked gross in his POV.
