You already want to stop but can't, that's addiction. Try to go for longer and longer periods of time with no porn, no masturbation and let go of any sexual thought/daydream you might have during the day. It's NOT easy, it takes time and failing over and over to overcome the addiction, but that's understandable.
Your age doesn't matter at all, I'm 20 too and my current nofap streak is over 300 days long and no, I've not had sex or anything similar during this time. It took me an entire year of tasting defeat constantly, submitting into porn and masturbation after every minor streak that I hoped would be the definitive one, to get to where I am now. Be ruthless and press forward, if you fall, stand up, shake the dust and continue, never dwell in the past or in little failures. If you are persistent you'll see that even failed streaks are a step forward, even if a painful one, and you will make it.
Also, implement good habits in your life, like waking up early, meditation, exercise... Don't repress lust, simply focus in your life and you'll end up constantly forgetting that masturbation and porn even exist. There are many little lessons you'll have to learn along the way as well.

In all honesty I had the same issue. I've been clean for a couple months now. I couldn't accomplish it without feeling an extreme emotional pang that I was entirely fucking myself up.
